About Amber
I moved to Wilmington from upstate New York 24 years ago, and like so many, I fell in love with this incredible area—its beautiful coastline, vibrant community, and unique opportunities. Now, after nearly a decade of helping buyers and sellers navigate the Wilmington real estate market, I am proud to be part of this growing, dynamic community.
My experience spans a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers excited to plant roots, to investors looking to grow their portfolios. I am passionate about helping individuals and families find their perfect home or investment property, as well as assisting those ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives. The challenge of making the real estate process smooth and successful is one I truly enjoy.
A special focus of mine is working with out-of-state buyers. I understand the excitement—and the challenges—of moving to a new city, and it’s a joy to help people find their "landing place" here in Wilmington, just as I did so many years ago.
